We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the last item of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at support@clickkinggun.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ClickKingGun will cover the applicable return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law.

Sale or discounted items remain eligible for returns where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal or return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For an order consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You can contact us at support@clickkinggun.com or submit your request through https://account.clickkinggun.com.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back following the return instructions we provide, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires us to bear those costs.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, any additional delivery cost above our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

For returns that are not based on the statutory EU right of withdrawal, if your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For consumers exercising the EU statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the applicable payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
